A message from Florence Thum on our guided meditation
Florence Thum generously and wonderfully hosts the guided meditation we offer each Wednesday at 12noon. Today and next Wednesday we invite you to join us, even if you’re new to meditation, so you can learn or refine your skills of mindfulness for all of the wellbeing benefits that flow.
Florence has been a mindfulness practitioner for over a decade and incorporates mindfulness in her work as a psychotherapist and coach. Her therapeutic work supports and facilitates clients to maximise their capabilities and agency. Florence is also an educator and soon to complete her meditation teacher training.
